Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking an Acquisition Intelligence Engineer in support of the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
- Conduct architecture-informed threat assessments of foreign cyber capabilities.
- Research and analyzing technical intelligence reporting and threat assessments from all available sources of information.
- Identify threat tactics and methodologies.
- Review and analyze cyber resiliency dependencies across the entire DAF weapon system enterprise.
- Review existing intelligence collection and production requirements.
- Identify intelligence gaps and shortfalls.
- Design new intelligence collection and production requirements.
- Provide technical Acquisition Intelligence support services.
- Support cyber Acquisition Intelligence analysis.
- Provide technical intelligence analysis feedback to information producers.
- Collaborate with intelligence analysts across different organizations.
- Appraise and recommend threat decision-making processes.

- MA/MS and ten (10) years relevant work experience or
- BA/BS and twelve (12) years relevant work experience or
- Fifteen (15) years relevant work experience
- Specialized Knowledge and Experience Required:
- ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Intelligence community experience, for example, National Security Agency (NSA) or National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC).
- Experience in analyzing foreign cyber threats to United States (US) systems and shall have expertise in intelligence collection methods used to support technical intelligence analysis.
- Expertise in Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), including ICD 203, 206, and 208, governing the writing of intelligence products.
- Experience briefing senior leaders (General Officer/Senior Executive Service (SES)-level, Senior Leader (SL)/Defense Intelligence Senior Leader (DISL)/ Level, and/or other senior leaders).
- Expertise in writing technical intelligence products for engineering/ cybersecurity /acquisition community customers.
