We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing the revenue cycle, performing account reconciliations, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debits and credits, data entry, and technical accounting. ```Responsibilities```
- Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing customers, posting payments, and following up on outstanding balances
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Monitor aging reports and proactively address overdue accounts
- Assist with the coding and posting of financial transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and answer customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable as needed

```Experience```
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management principles
- Proficiency in debits and credits, account reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software such as Quicken or Sage
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
