Accounts Receivable Specialist/Office Clerk

We are currently seeking a highly-detailed, organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist / Office Clerk. This is a full-time, hourly-paid position and is located in Sioux Falls, SD.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and send out invoices and statements with accuracy
• Process and record customer payments
• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of financial records
• Maintain customer information
• Review, process and maintain office documentation
• Prepare outgoing mail
• Operate standard office equipment
• Perform other accounting, clerical and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Operate standard office equipment
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting is preferred, but not required
