KidsSPOT Rehab is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist temporarily (3-6 months). The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a crucial role in the financial operations of a company, primarily focusing on the initial phase of the job description. In this capacity, the professional is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of all incoming payments and receivables.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Location: Remote
Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 an hour
Duties and Descriptions for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist must proficiently use accounting software and systems to record transactions, generate invoices, and reconcile discrepancies. Additionally, attention to detail is paramount in verifying the accuracy of financial data and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner. The first part of the job involves establishing a robust foundation for financial transactions, fostering efficient communication with clients regarding payment terms, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Accounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications:

For an Accounts Receivable Specialist role, we seek a candidate with finance or accounting experience.
