RemX is seeking an experience Accounts Receivable Analyst for a respected company in Hartsville, SC area!
This role is Onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and provide details to sales/business unit
- Communicate effectively over the telephone, in writing and in person to explain/exchange information on open problem receivables; focusing on root cause analysis in an effort to eliminate and solve habitual customer issues
- Analyze large and/or complex customer accounts and collect on a timely basis. Requires the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Analyze portfolio and establish priorities
- Analyze Customer behavior to watch for trends, patterns or cash flow issues
- Monitor Collection holds and work with sales team to address concerns in volume/AR for past dues
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- College degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
- 6-12 mos. of Equivalent Experience is required
- Prefer 1-2 years in accounting, accounting admin support or related area
- Prefers a candidate that has taken accounting courses
- Excellent communication skills, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be a team player and able to multitask
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong and rapid decision-making ability
- Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities
- Able to handle difficult or challenging situations with diplomacy, tact, and professionalism
