This position is a blend of transactional and entry-level Accounts Receivable. This individual is mainly responsible for reconciling accounts related to month end balancing activities and year-end close.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position is a blend of transactional and entry-level Accounts Receivable. This individual is mainly responsible for reconciling accounts related to month end balancing activities and year-end close.
- Bill all monthly rents, TICAM fees, other monthly fees, commissions, as well as other AR invoices
- Deposit cash receipts received daily
- Process ACH payments and credit card payments
- Enter all new, renewal, and expansion leases in software, including TICAM and rent bumps
- Reconcile the Accounts Receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Direct contact with customers answer any billings questions
Requirements
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
- Yardi experience - a plus!
- 2 years' experience preferred, but not required if you're passionate about counting beans in commercial real estate!
- Proficient in excel
