The Accounts Payable Supervior reports directly to the Finance Manager and is located in our office in Cherry Hill , NJ. The Accounts Payable Supervior works remote & on a hybrid schedule reporting to the office on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
Salary: $55,000
The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for :
Resolve issues, work with departments and oversee the support of 85 programs, facilities and resolve purchasing issues that happen across the center.
Help maintain fiscal control of services used in programs, and support projects to enhance user experience while ensuring we have accountability to permanently address issues.
Provide training to user base to ensure we provide adequate communication and support.
Oversight of Accounts Payable staff and day to day AP issues
Management of National Procurement accounts for NJ, including but not limited to Amazon, Medline, Home Depot, PCards, Ricoh, Pitney Bowes, and WB Mason. Maintain user access, auditing, compiling and saving completed three-way match files, entering invoices and preparing monthly accruals.
Service contract maintenance and oversight
Serves as back-up to Finance Manager and provide support as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree Accounting or four-year of accounting experience performing similar duties in a professional capacity. BS/BBA or equivalent experience.
One year of accounting or Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a health environment.
Will be required to obtain a Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) Certification
Exceptional organizational skills, financial and analytical skills
Superb customer service and communication skills
Highly motivated, service-oriented, pro-active self- starter
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and excellent attention to detail
Must be able to interpret financial data and make sound decisions based on that information, in order to accurately process payments.
Must have computer skills and software knowledge with MS Office and other relevant software programs.
