Accounts payable RepresentativeBCForward is currently seeking for a highly motivated Account payable Representative for a onsite Opportunity in NebraskaPosition Title: Account Payable RepresentativeLocation: Omaha , NEAnticipated Start Date: 06/03/2024.Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCForward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration:Job Type: ContractPay Range: $25/hr - $30/hr.Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and jobresponsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem,etc.). We are looking for a 6 months contract Accounts Payable Representative. Responsibilities:

• Track receipt of data and source documents.
• Prepare and sort source documents and interpret data to be entered.
• Contact preparers of source document to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data.
• Maintain accurate and complete client files/filing.
• Perform data entry in the Accounts Payable/Account Receivable System from source documents, complete necessary coding, confirm accuracy of data, and make necessary corrections.
• Contribute to team efforts to achieve results as required.
• Perform general clerical duties such as typing, scanning, copying, answering phones, filing, etc.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.

  Minimum Qualifications (required):

• 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR
• High School diploma or GED
• Excel experience

  Additional Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel experience is a must!)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and organization skill
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex business problems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
