ACCOUNTS PAYABLE LEADER

Eagle Concrete, a union commercial concrete contractor, seeks to hire an Accounts Payable Leader to contribute to an established team of professionals. This position offers a variety in daily responsibilities and growth potential.

The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented with a hands-on approach and desire to work in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities of this position include:

• Invoice Intake & Purchase Order Review
• Verify Receipt of Materials & Products
• Resolve Invoicing Errors with Vendors
• Oversee Project Team Invoice Approvals
• Perform Weekly Check Print Run
• Process Monthly Credit Card Payments
• Review Vendor Statements

This position is in-office only (not remote or hybrid), Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Skills & Experience

• 2-Years related accounting experience preferred
• Proficiency with PC computers including Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Most importantly, must be an enthusiastic, team oriented, self-starting and dependable professional with strong management skills and a can-do attitude
