General Summary:Under limited supervision, is responsible for managing and processing company payments to vendors and suppliers, ensuring that invoices and bills are accurate, authorized, and paid timely.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

1. Reviews vendor invoices and company credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Matches invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to verify goods or services.
3. Works closely with other departments to obtain proper approval for invoices and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
4. Enters invoice data into the accounting system accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Reconciles vendor statements and resolve any outstanding balances or discrepancies.
6. Responds to vendor inquiries and resolve any payment-related issues.

Job Specifications

1. 1+ years Accounting experience is required.

2. High School diploma or equivalent is required.

3. Strong PC skills are required.

4. Must be skilled in 10-key data entry.

5. Requires attention-to-detail and accuracy.

6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet monthend deadlines.

7. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

8. Problem-solving skills to resolve payment discrepancies and address vendor inquiries.
