Accounts Payable Assistant - Part Time

The AP Assistant will assist with the Accounts Payable process.

Minimum qualifications:

• Five (5) years related experience.
• Have a working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat.
• This person will also need to possess excellent public relations skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization and be able to handle frequent interruptions and large numbers of tasks.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage ??

Essential Duties:

• Assisting with Accounts Payable.
• Assisting with processing Visa charges
• Verifying vendors through sam.gov.
• Verifying employee insurance.
• Collecting and filing employee documentation.
• Uploading documentation into accounting software.
• Serve as general administrative support for Operations staff.
• Confidentiality must be maintained.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Other duties as assigned.
