Three-month contract position (possible contract-to-direct position)
Job Description of the Accounts Payable Analyst:
Assists the finance an accounting department with billing, tracking, and collections of accounts due and reconciling conflicts. Receiving and processing payments in accordance with established methods and procedures. Maintaining accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions. Working with customers to facilitate payments and reconcile any differences or conflicts. Following proper procedures and taking direction from senior staff; developing technical skills.
Required Skills and Education of the Accounts Payable Analyst:

- Previous experience working in Accounting Department required
- Cash application experience
- Collection experience
- Problem Solving
- Intermediate Excel
- Knowledge of Oracle
