This position is responsible for providing Accounts Information Support for e-Emphasys, JD Edwards Address Book and CRM On Demand.
This position is a great fit for your career if you:: - Deliver quick and accurate follow-up for questions submitted to the Accounts Information team by phone and/or email for the following systems: e-Emphasys, JDE and CRM
- Determine appropriate resolution of issues related to these systems
- Integrate customer and vendor information into e-Emphasys, JDE and CRM from new store acquisitions
- Perform follow-up with users to ensure issues are handled efficiently and correctly
- Become an expert in e-Emphasys, JDE and CRM systems, and pass the knowledge onto users
- Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments
- Other duties as assigned
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- Experience using, e-Emphasys, JDE and CRM, preferred
- Ability to handle and resolve interpersonal conflict
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
- Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
- Ability to travel on a limited basis and work flexible hours
