Our client is seeking an Accounting/Data Analyst to join the Application Delivery Finance IT - Accounting & Controlling BA team. This team engages with various projects and are responsible for Finance IT change deliveries. This candidate, you will lead the entire project delivery lifecycle from pre-inception phase to ultimate program/project execution. The goal is to consistently deliver high quality, effective and highly competitive change management service to its business partners across the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirements-gathering activities using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews
• Support the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
• Assist in quality control and project management
• Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements

Skill:

• Experience applying business analysis techniques
• Ability to interpret a set of technical requirements and develop robust solutions
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
• Experience in Finance/Accounting and business analyst in Finance IT change with track record of delivery
• Strong financial products and trade life cycle knowledge with a good understanding of Front-to-Back flows
