Position: Accounting Tutor (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized tutoring sessions in accounting to students at various academic levels, ensuring concepts are understood and applied.
• Prepare lesson plans that meet the individual needs of students, incorporating effective teaching methodologies and digital tools.
• Monitor and report on students' progress, providing feedback and strategies to improve their understanding and performance in accounting.
• Maintain a supportive and encouraging learning environment, building strong relationships with students to foster a positive and productive tutoring experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in tutoring, with a proven track record of helping students achieve their academic goals.
• Strong ability to relate well to students of all ages, understanding their needs and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage tutoring sessions effectively and efficiently.
• Proficient in remote instruction with experience using digital platforms and tools to deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
