Streamline is hiring a full time Accounting Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for advancement opportunities, flexible day-time schedule, and full-scale accounting exposure working with a long-standing team. As an outsourced accounting firm, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for multiple clients and become an integral part of leading our staff. Responsibilities include, but not limited to financial statement preparation and review, budgets and forecasts, account reconciliations, maintaining Excel spreadsheets and assignments using QuickBooks and other accounting software.

Candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with solid accounting background and management experience. You will be required to communicate effectively with business owners and entrepreneurs regarding all aspects of their company's accounting. Other day to day functions include:
- Work with client staff and owners to facilitate daily accounting
- Answer staff questions
- Help prioritize team tasks
- Intercompany Reconciliations
- Debt Reconciliations
- Month End journal entries
- Month End schedules (Accruals, Prepaid)
- Budgeting assistance
- Formatting financials
- Report payroll (Year-end payroll additions, W3 Reconciliations)
- 401K reporting
- Sales Tax reporting and Sales Tax reconciliation
- Annual reporting
- Bank reporting
- Year-end tax assistance (Accrual to cash)
Experience in bookkeeping in Restaurants and Hotels highly preferred.
