Job Summary:
The Accounting Manager will oversee our day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role involves leadership, financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Lead and guide the accounting team to maintain high performance and accuracy.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
4. Month-End and Year-End Close: Manage closing processes for accuracy.
5. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate audits and ensure compliance.
6. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data for insights.
7. Financial Systems and Processes: Streamline accounting processes.
8. Tax Compliance: Ensure tax regulation compliance.
9. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks.
10. Vendor and Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with financial stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Leadership and team management skills.

Compensation: $95k - $115k
