The ideal candidate has previous experience in hotel finance/accounting, preferably in a supervisory position. We are looking for someone who has experience with General Ledgers, Bank Reconciliations, Balance Sheets, and P&Ls. The ideal candidate has great attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, great communication skills, and is ready to learn and grow in the hospitality finance industry. Previous Hilton experience is preferred.

What will I be doing?
As an Accounting Manager, you would be responsible for managing the audit function in hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Reconcile General Ledger accounts, review discrepancies and problematic accounts and guide staff to follow-up on such accounts
- Ensure processing and accuracy of reports including, but not limited to, month-end closing, monthly forecast vs actual variance report, ad-hoc reports, etc.
- Control and track inventories of operational and departmental
- Ensure the accuracy of the data entry into the labor-management/payroll system
- Ensure the accuracy of daily deposits and operations audit entry
- Conduct payroll audits per pay cycle and reconcile monthly payroll ledger with GL
- Supervising accounts receivables, accounts payables, and daily operations including receiving and shipping.
- Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
- Recruit, interview and train team members
