California Advanced Imaging Medical Associates’ (CAIMA) administrative office is located in Novato, CA. The administrative team provides support to CAIMA’s physicians so they can focus on what matters most – providing state of the art, accurate, comprehensive, and compassionate radiology services to patients. CAIMA is the largest private radiology group in the West Bay Region and provides radiology services in hospitals and outpatient imaging centers stretching from San Mateo through San Francisco into Marin, Sonoma, and Lake Counties.
We are looking for an accounting professional that will contribute to the team’s success.
Summary Description
The Accounting Manager reports to the Director of Finance and assists with overseeing and performing all accounting functions including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, financial statement generation and analysis, compliance, payroll processing, and projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations.
· Assist with quarterly and year-end financial activities.
· Assess current practices and procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
· Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
· Assist with managing ledger accounting functions.
· Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely reporting.
· Provide backup for accounting staff and Director of Finance.
· Provide backup for payroll processing.
· Assist with contract management.
Qualifications:
Education
· Bachelor’s degree (B.A) in Accounting or related field from a four-year college or university.
Experience
· Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience (healthcare industry preferred) with a portion of it being in supervisory role.

· Familiar with human resource practices.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
