Responsibilities

• preparation of financial statements
• Review journal entries and accruals during month and year-end close
• Implement, and monitor financial / accounting policies and controls
• Assist with company's audit planning and tax preparation
• Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting to communities
• Develop reporting packages with analytical tools to measure performance

• Lead the preparation of quarter end analysis of GAAP and Non-GAAP financial performance
  

  Finance

• Lead financial analysis and decision support for finance and executive leaders with variance analysis, business insights, and key performance indicators
• Develop operational and financial models used to forecast financial results to support annual guidance projections, strategic long-term forecasts and overall profitability health of the business using
• Prepare sensitivity analysis impact on revenue, expenses, and profitability by modeling changes in key drivers of revenue and costs and operating statistics to drive performance and accountability (and, in some cases, recommending appropriate course of action)
• Work with Acquisition and Transition teams to provide financial and operational analysis critical in driving appropriate considerations for acquisition targets and supporting growing business
