What You Will Be Doing:

• Monthly close process, account reconciliations, account analysis, and preparation of journal entries within functional areas:
• Cash - prepare bank reconciliations and associated journal entries
• Prepaid expenses - analyze prepaid additions and prepare associated journal entries
• Fixed assets - analyze fixed asset additions and prepare associated journal entries
• Payroll - record domestic and international journal entries
• Ensure documentation of and compliance with proper internal controls and SOX compliance
• Provide support for international statutory audits and VAT filings
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports
• Preparation and completion of other projects and tasks that may be required from time-to-time

Who We Are Looking For:
Your experience includes:

• Candidates should be currently seeking a bachelor degree in Accounting from an accredited university/college
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who works well in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple and changing priorities
• Good analytical skills
• Deadline oriented and the ability to complete tasks independently
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with employees at all levels of the organization
