- The Group Financial Controlling team leads the Financial Controlling Function providing support to the three core businesses
- To lead, steer, and support our clients financial reporting that is beneficial to people & planet and protects and adds value to our assets, securing profitable growth and financial independence
- By providing Accounting and reporting services, supporting a strong compliance framework, and effective governance to enable entrepreneurship and safeguard our people, customers, and businesses.
Purpose Of Function Purpose of Job:
- Lead the development of the team based on the global finance, organizational, and people development direction to secure the right competencies, performance, and succession.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve effective and efficient Accounting and reporting processes and routines.
- Manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities.
- Secure that the team members are working according to the A&R manual as well as local GAAP.
- Support the team with specific accounting and reporting-related questions.
- Support relevant functions as a trustful and professional business partner in Accounting & Reporting matters with the aim of offering the customer a seamless shopping experience.
- Contribute to the business plan process and set clear goals and action plans together with the team in alignment with the business plan and function goals.
- Coordinate and/or support internal and external audits, review and follow up on audit findings and recommendations.
- Contribute to local and global projects from an A&R perspective.
- Secure and maintain a connection with and between core areas, business owners, group functions, and process teams within our client Group.
- Secure cross-organizational readiness and continued business growth in terms of competence, performance, and succession by enabling an end-to-end approach.
- Ensure a safe environment for co-workers and external consultants and contractors in accordance with our client policies

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or a related field.
- 5+ years of increasingly responsible accounting experience in a similar or larger organization.
- Demonstrate knowledge of a broad set of accounting principles
- Experience in the use of automated accounting systems.
- Proficient in MS Office skills.
- Experience in multicultural and multinational organizations.
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English.
- Proven skills in developing people and providing support, coaching, training, and career direction to others.
