Under the General Direction of the Controller and Office Manager

Job-Specific Expectations

• Review all car deals submitted from the finance department. This includes mailing bank contracts, balancing car deals, processing trade payoffs, entering car deals into CDK(ADP) accounting system.
• Calculate sales associate commissions and incentives
• Receipt daily cash and checks from various departments
• Process Daily Cash Deposit
• Report vehicles sales and incentives to Manufacturers
• Assist Office Manager and Controller with preparation of financial statements

• Have experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
