What's a typical day as an Accounting Clerk? You'll be:
• Utilizing QuickBooks software (both desktop and online) to perform various accounting tasks.
• Handling monthly financials, scanning/organizing documents, and conducting bank reconciliations.
• Assisting with payroll tax, budgets, workman's comp, and general liability audits.
• Being a self-starter and quick learner, while effectively managing multiple tasks.
• Working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience working with QuickBooks software, both desktop and online.
• Are a self-starter, quick learner, and proficient in multitasking.
• Have previous experience in office management or similar positions.
• Have familiarity with payroll processes
• Have tax experience (preferred but not mandatory).
