Job Description
Qualifications:
- Must have good cash handling skills
- Proficient use of 10key-by-touch, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have good communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Balance cash drawers for retail store
- Check-in and check-out driver's deliveries
- Process credit card transactions
- Issue credit memos to customers for short, damaged or returned merchandise
- Provide copies of documents requested by customers
- Enter accounts receivables and/or payables
- Assemble financial data for audits
- Reconcile accounts monthly and prepare reports for management
- Prepare and mail bills and statements
- Prepare outstanding bills report
- Prepare daily bank deposits
- Answer phone calls relating to customer billing and process adjustments
- Receiving and processing customer's catering orders for TJ's kitchen department
- Purchasing of supplies for TJ's Retail Store from local vendors
Pay: $18.50 per hour
