Core Responsibilities
Responsible for the accounting and closing process for all admin expenses for corporate cost centers, ensuring they meet financial closing and reporting requirements. Ensures all accounting transactions and financial results are properly recorded in accordance with U.S. GAAP and other statutory reporting requirements.
Serves a subject matter expert for one or more designated specialized areas, including Home Office accounting.
Reviews/analyzes company financial results for administrative expenses. Prepares variance analyses to budget, prior year, and expectations.
Assists with coordinating monthly and quarterly Home Office review meetings with members of management, providing detailed explanations and analysis of the period's activity.
Prepares monthly, quarterly, and year end reconciliations and audit-support schedules, and acts as liaison to internal and external auditors.
