Accounts Payable Clerk (Manufacturing)
$23.00 per hour to start plus full benefits
As Accounts Payable Clerk you will:
- Join a specialist in the aftermarket automotive products industry
- Become a member of the Accounting Team
- Report to the CFO
- Receive complete training
- Review supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Match invoices against checks, purchase orders and receipts
- Obtain payment authorizations
- Enter, process and distribute payments
- Apply payments to supplier accounts
- Upload supporting documentation
- Review expense reports and credit card bills
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Identify, research and resolve errors, omissions and discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close and year end close processes
- Maintain manual and electronic file systems
- Serve as a resource for vendors and internal teams on AP matters
- Maintain manual and electronic file systems
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Accounts Payable experience from a manufacturer and/or distributor of products
With:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accurate Data Entry skills
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
