We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a blend of banking and IT experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking operations and processes, coupled with technical skills to support IT systems and applications within the bank.

-Provide accounting leadership for branch operations including payroll, billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc.
-Provide frontline support to customers on banking products and services
-Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
-Assist with account opening, closing, and maintenance
-Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to banking systems and applications
-Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and applications
-Collaborate with IT team to ensure the security and integrity of banking systems
-Keep abreast of banking regulations and industry trends
-Provide training and support to other bank employees on IT systems and applications
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
-2+ years of experience in banking operations
-Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulations
-Experience with IT systems and applications, such as banking software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
