Accountant - With Cpa License And Quickbooks Experience

• Must demonstrate proficient knowledge and experience with Quick-books Enterprise Solutions.
• Must have expertise and comprehension of basic accounting principles (i.e. journal entries, debits, credits, etc.) and accounting functions.
• Maintain daily Bank and Credit Card reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements).
• Prepare annual, quarterly and Federal and State reports.
• Prepare Corporate Tax Returns and fillings.
• Prepare Workers Compensation and Liability Insurance audits.
• Assist our insurance advisors.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to accurately work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and complete duties with little supervision.
• Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, Tax Accountant or other project managers as required.
• Job cost and construction experience will be a plus for this position
