Job Description
- Must demonstrate proficient knowledge and experience with Quick-books Enterprise Solutions.
- Must have expertise and comprehension of basic accounting principles (i.e. journal entries, debits, credits, etc.) and accounting functions.
- Maintain daily Bank and Credit Card reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements).
- Prepare annual, quarterly and Federal and State reports.
- Prepare Corporate Tax Returns and fillings.
- Prepare Workers Compensation and Liability Insurance audits.
- Assist our insurance advisors.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to accurately work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and complete duties with little supervision.
- Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, Tax Accountant or other project managers as required.
- Job cost and construction experience will be a plus for this position
