Strong experience with Fixed Assets and Real Estate
Handling month end close
Creating balance sheets
Recording and Analyzing Fixed Assets and Capital and intangible assets
Handling cash flow reporting
Creating financial statements
Handling purchased asset reconciliations
Providing support with audits
Experienced with Leased Property Contracts and providing support with contracts and billing
Extensive knowledge of U.S GAAP and financial statements
Bachelor s degree in Accounting
DUTIES:
The Duties of the Accountant, Fixed Assets and Real Estate includebut are not limited to the following:
Lead activities related to Fixed Assets
Handle close procedures, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
Support consolidated financial statements
Record and analyze Fixed Assets and capital (i.e. property equipment) and intangible assets
Review maintenance of leased property to support Real Estate functions.
Handle Monthly close
Review and create accurate balance sheets and income statements
Handle cash flow reporting
Update Financial Management fixed asset information based on documented movement of assets
Review expense categories related to repairs and asset information to ensure accurate entry
Prepare, plan and conduct ongoing cycle counts and purchased asset reconciliations
Provide internal and external audit support
Provide support for contracts and billing related to leased property contracts
