The Role:

First and foremost, you are a part of our accounting team. All of our accountants provide timely and accurate transactional data to our clients.

To be considered for this position, you should have most of these qualifications:

• Bookkeeping/accounting experience with emphasis on privately held small businesses, law firms, restaurants and/or non-profit organizations
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online Accountant software
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to multi-task several projects
• Technologically savvy- you are able to adapt and learn new software when our clients require us to grab additional data
• Preferred skills: Fluent in Asana, Microsoft Office and ShareFile
• 4-year degree in accounting or equivalent experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
