Accountant Associate(Bilingual Mandarin Preferred)

Job Description: Accountant Associate

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay Rate: 60k-75k

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual as an Accountant Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and utilizing QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable (AP): Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payment to vendors.
2. Accounts Receivable (AR): Monitor and reconcile accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain accurate records.
3. QuickBooks: Utilize QuickBooks software to manage financial transactions, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
1. Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
2. Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Previous experience working in an accounting or finance role.
3. Familiarity with other accounting software and tools.

4. Bilingual in Mandarin will be preferred, since this role will need to corporate with team in China.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
