Address Palmetto State Glass is recruiting for an Accountant for our rapidly growing commercial glass company. Responsibilities:
* Post and enter vendor invoices utilizing Project HQ and Foundation software
* Upload purchase orders, order acknowledgements and BOL to invoices
* Set up new suppliers
* Responsible for credit applications as needed
* Maintain supplier price sheets from suppliers
* Handle project close outs including warranties
* Maintain vendor payment files
* Assist in other accounting functions as needed
Requirements:
* 5 years of accounts payables experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Skilled in MS Excel, and Word
* Experience with Project HQ and/or Foundation software a plus
* Detailed oriented
