Overview of the role: Accountant

• The Accountant will provide financial support and ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions and reporting.
• Assist in month-end closing processes and financial analysis.
• Accountant reports to the Controller of the company
• Ability to conduct a wide variety of accounting duties and projects such as reconciling of ledgers, helping complete financial statements, keeping up with company tax obligations and filings.
• Support of month and year-end financial closing

Preferred Qualifications: Accountant

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Team player with a positive attitude
