Hyve looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work exclusively in the Finance team of its wholly owned subsidiary, Hyve Solutions Corporation. Hyve is a leading provider of purpose-built energy efficient datacenter infrastructure designed for large scale deployments. You will enjoy a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.
Responsibilities

• Performs complex account reconciliations.
• Prepares complex journal entries.
• Reviews and interprets financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations (GAAP).
• Prepares complex schedules for financial reporting and audit.
• Prepares specific segment profit & loss statement for management.
• Balances books and prepares profit and loss, cash flow, income and balance sheet statements.
• Prepare complex account analysis.
• Maintains and monitors internal control policies.
• Assists in the setup of processes and procedures that properly capture, track and report revenue, including deferred revenue, in accordance with the company revenue recognition policy.
• Interpret reports and records for managers/stakeholders.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

Qualifications

• Advanced computer skills - Excel, Word.
• Advanced general ledger knowledge.
• ERP system experience required.
• CPA preferred, not required.
• MBA or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Manufacturing or technology experience is essential.
• Supply Chain experience is a plus.
• Proven project management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A "self starter", able to multi-task effectively.
• Enjoys working in a multi-cultural environment.
• US citizen or Permanent Resident.
