REMOTE POSITION ~ NO WEEKENDS This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity serving large national banking clients and retailers. We place immeasurable value on our PEOPLE and reward those that are professional, dedicated and are success driven!
RESPONISBILITIES:
The Collector is responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner to contact consumers to negotiate payment of a past due account.
ACI provides our clients with a team of professionals whose mission is to empower consumers to begin their path towards financial recovery and build a better life for themselves and their families. We educate, inform, and present them with options. It is imperative that our associates work within federal, state and client guidelines/laws. We provide extensive training to ensure you are knowledgeable and prepared for the role. Access customer information, update information, as verified, accept payments and service the customer with any questions or issues that they may have.

Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required.
Your remote workspace must be quiet and distraction free as all calls are monitored and/or recorded for quality assurance purposes.
