RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect and generate new business opportunites through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business goals and tailor soutions to meet their needs
• Present and demonstrate our procts/services to potential clients, showcasing their value and benefits
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Experience managing client relationships is preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to anticipate customer needs
• Able to effectively relate to a customer
