Job Description
Metro Chicago State Farm Insurance Agency seeks an outgoing, career-oriented "insurance licensed and experienced" professional to join their team. You'll help build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home , business, life and health insurance and financial services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Help develop new prospective insurance customers to quote and write State Farm insurance & financial services products.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop insurance leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate insurance products and services.

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Ability to make presentations to potential customers / conduct interviews in the office
Property & Casualty license and Life & Health active licenses required
Insurance agency experience preferred
