Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining regular communication to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and following up on leads to drive business growth.
Order Processing: Process client orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment of products or services.
Account Maintenance: Update and maintain client records in the company database, including contact information, order history, and communication logs.
Reporting: Generate reports on sales activities, client interactions, and account performance to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 AM
Skills:
Preferred one year of experience in an administrative office setting .

High School
Experience:

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
