ACCOUNT OPTIMIZATION EXECUTIVE – CHESTERFIELD, MO (REMOTE)

Account Optimization Executives make a significant impact on the success of our engagements by leading and managing a variety of client engagements, which requires effective communication with all levels of the organization, vendors, and clients.


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Optimization Executive. This role will be responsible for enhancing client account performance, fostering strong client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives to meet and exceed client objectives.


Position Overview and Key Objectives

  • Develop Strategies: Analyze data to formulate innovative strategies and action plans aimed at enhancing client account performance and achieving client goals.
  • Maintain Client Communication: Establish consistent and transparent communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide updates on optimization efforts.
  • Identify and Implement Solutions: Identify opportunities for operational improvement to increase efficiencies and reduce expenses for clients.
  • Monitor and Report: Track the progress of optimization initiatives, measure key performance indicators, and deliver regular updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-solve: Efficiently resolve challenges or issues within client accounts, collaborating with additional teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with other TAG teams to ensure a coordinated approach to client success.


Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Client Service Management: Manage and ensure the growth and satisfaction of existing client services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and execute an effective relationship strategy at the client senior level with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Business Development: Identify and initiate new business opportunities focusing on analytics and process optimization.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Solution Delivery: Lead discussions and propose solutions to senior client executives.
  • Account Growth Strategies: Identify organic growth areas within current accounts and develop plans to capitalize on opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and manage client accounts and opportunities in Salesforce, documenting all meetings and pertinent information.
  • Participation in Marketing Strategies: Actively engage in TAG marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Product Utilization: Ensure clients fully utilize product features and benefits.
  • Business Reviews: Contribute to preparing and delivering quarterly and annual business reviews.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Initiative and Problem-solving Skills: Display initiative in problem-solving, logical, and numerical reasoning skills.
  • Moderate knowledge and proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI Software.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent oral, written, and professional communication skills.
  • Confidentiality: Exercise appropriate care when handling confidential client data and information.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites and conferences as needed.

Performance Metrics

  • Meet monthly/quarterly/annual targets, timelines, and client success goals

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Baccalaureate Degree with strong academic record required
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management, business development, or related field
  • Preferred experience in healthcare, supply chain management, or accounts payable
