Account Manager will provide full-service account management regarding products and services, including pricing, availability, and shipping information Responds thoroughly and timely to inquiries, via phone, email, or directly to customers, within an industrial distribution environment.
Pay Range - $ 23.00 - $ 24.00
This position is not commission-based.

**WORK SCHEDULE: 7:00 am -4:00 pm Monday - Friday
ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processes requests for orders, quotations, follow-up on quotations, customer returns/credits in a manner consistent with company policies and standards.
Works with sales, fabrication, credit, inventory control, and warehouse personnel and other various departments to facilitate the needs of the customer.
Follows up with customers to ensure they are kept informed of the status of their requests.
ACCOUNT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
1 year in customer service or sales experience.
Basic computer skills. Microsoft Windows and Office products
1 year working in a multitasking environment
