Account Manager, Printing

Account management for a glass decorating company that specializes in printing on glass bottles.

Function as the main point of contact with external customers.

Clearly & concisely communicate with customers via telephone and in writing about sales orders and print requirements.

Generate price estimates and prepare written quotations.  Accurately process work orders detailing customer specifications. 

Work closely with internal manufacturing departments to relay order specifications.

Ideal candidate has experience with printing, art files and Pantone Matching System.

ON SITE position, M-F, 8AM-5PM

     Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive customer print inquiries concerning prospective, current and past orders.
• To clearly & concisely communicate with customers via telephone and in writing about sales orders and print requirements.
• Generate price estimates and prepare written quotations.
• Accurately process work orders detailing customer specifications.
• Work closely with internal manufacturing departments to relay order specifications.
• Professionally and proactively, handle all inquiries for job status and order changes.
• Maintain and update company databases and accounting software.
• Keep management informed about job status and problems.
• Provide customers with shipment confirmation.
• Perform inventory cycle counts as necessary.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

Lifts Weight or Exerts Force Work Environment

The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds. The employee is frequently required to lift up to 10 pounds.
