We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Wireless Account Manager, specializing in retail promotions and sales. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our retail partners, driving sales of wireless products and services, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners to ensure that our products and services are properly represented.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Train and educate retail staff on our products and services to ensure that they are able to provide accurate information to customers.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or hospitality, preferably in the wireless industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to retail locations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and executing retail promotional campaigns.
- Familiarity with the wireless industry, including knowledge of products, services, and technologies.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
