Job Summary:
The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact between our large store managers/ owners. The Account Manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives by developing and maintaining a good relationship with all accounts.
Essential Job Functions:
- This position is considered safety sensitive due to the required operation of motor vehicles. Safe motor vehicle operation requires a constant state of alertness and awareness of the surroundings at all times.
- Educate and excite customers about our leading portfolio of beverages
- Establish and maintain a positive relationship with store management in assigned accounts
- Analyze and understand our customer needs and trends to help them grow their profitability
- Sell incremental displays, equipment placements and promotional programs
- Execute timely product orders to maintain appropriate inventory levels, company assets, promotional ad signage and displays
- Ensure each account meets Company merchandising standards
- Communicate and collaborate account activities to appropriate business partners
- Perform various duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent is preferred
- Valid Driver’s License for your state of residency and adhere to driver qualification program
- Proven sales record with experience in selling promotions and additional space within accounts
- Proven professional communication and interpersonal problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent planning and organization skills
- Ability to serve multiple customer accounts concurrently with excellence
- Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
- Must be willing and able to occasionally lift up to 55.5 pounds, push, pull, stand, squat, bend and reach
- Must maintain a neat uniform and professional appearance
