Position Summary: 
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts and projects for existing and new business. This position will pursue and promote total client satisfaction by proactively establishing a sound business relationship between the client and Synergistix.  
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all client related matters. 
  • Manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks among those clients internally. 
  • Gather client business requirements and translate into cost estimates, proposals and specifications, engaging professional services as necessary.
  • Run client status meetings and create detailed meeting minutes. 
  • Provide oversight, follow-up and measure success for implementing projects.
  • Foster client partnerships to ensure joint alignment of short and long-term goals.
  • Serve as an internal client advocate and coordinate day-to-day operational tasks and client interactions.   
  • Follow-through on all matters related to billing for client services.
  • Provide client feedback to internal technical groups in relation to new products or services and improvements to existing products or services. 
  • Provide support for implementation and sales teams during new client engagements.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

 Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Compliance with all personnel policies.  

 Education, Experience and Technical Skills:  
  • Bachelor degree and/or a minimum of three years of work related experience in information systems, business, or life sciences. 
  • Strong background and experience in program/project management.
  • Strong knowledge of data exchanges. 
  • Working knowledge of relational databases.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business and customer goals. 
  • Experience working and supporting a pharmaceutical sales organization strongly desired.
  • Knowledge of the PDMA / FDA Rules & Regulations specific to sample management and associated compliance.
  • Software development experience a plus.
  • Required occasional travel, up to 10%.
