Job Description
- Serve as primary point of contact for all client related matters.
- Manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks among those clients internally.
- Gather client business requirements and translate into cost estimates, proposals and specifications, engaging professional services as necessary.
- Run client status meetings and create detailed meeting minutes.
- Provide oversight, follow-up and measure success for implementing projects.
- Foster client partnerships to ensure joint alignment of short and long-term goals.
- Serve as an internal client advocate and coordinate day-to-day operational tasks and client interactions.
- Follow-through on all matters related to billing for client services.
- Provide client feedback to internal technical groups in relation to new products or services and improvements to existing products or services.
- Provide support for implementation and sales teams during new client engagements.
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

- Compliance with all personnel policies.
Education, Experience and Technical Skills:
- Bachelor degree and/or a minimum of three years of work related experience in information systems, business, or life sciences.
- Strong background and experience in program/project management.
- Strong knowledge of data exchanges.
- Working knowledge of relational databases.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business and customer goals.
- Experience working and supporting a pharmaceutical sales organization strongly desired.
- Knowledge of the PDMA / FDA Rules & Regulations specific to sample management and associated compliance.
- Software development experience a plus.
- Required occasional travel, up to 10%.
