Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative (also known as Account Manager, Customer Support Specialist), you'll manage full-service accounts, provide information on products and services, including pricing, availability, and shipping. You'll respond to inquiries via phone, email, or directly to customers in a timely manner within an industrial distribution environment.
