Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Association Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned associations, fostering positive relationships and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management skills, and a dedication to creating a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client associations.
· Understand each association's goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions and support.
· Serve as the primary liaison between the community and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
· Coordinate and oversee the implementation of association management services, including event planning, administrative activities, membership engagement, and financial management.
· Proactively identify opportunities to add value and enhance the customer experience.
· Monitor account health and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with clients.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
· 1-3 years of experience in account management, preferably within the association management or property sector.
· Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
· Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
· Knowledge of association management software and tools is a plus.
