Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as an Account Manager at Profitable Automation. As an Account Manager, your day-to-day tasks will involve managing and maintaining relationships with clients who have built Amazon businesses through our company. You will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and solutions to help clients maximize their business's potential. Additionally, you will assist with monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for growth. You'll also be responsible for onboarding new clients after they've closed and walking them along their customer journey.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in account management or customer relationship management
Ideally knowledge of Amazon selling strategies and marketplace dynamics
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Proficiency in using CRM software
Experience in e-commerce or knowledge of Amazon selling strategies and marketplace dynamics is a plus
