Account Manager

We are excited to be hiring and seeking a full-time Builder Account Managerfor our builder (single and multi-family homebuilders) sales division in the WestChester/Cincinnati, Ohio market. The ideal candidate will have flooring knowledge and design experience with strong communication, account management, and sales skills. We offer a great package! Responsibilities:

• Manage and facilitate the execution of client programs, project specifications and ensuring quality project completion in support of our operations team.
• Maintain deep relationships with clients, understand their challenges and needs.
• Ability to develop and grow a book of new business, and existing accounts under your command.
• Influence, delegate, and communicate, in a deadline driven environment, ensuring sound planning, exceptional service, and a solid client relationship.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of activities carried out on behalf of assigned clients; change plans as necessary to produce results.
• Meet regularly with management team to share the status of accounts and troubleshoot any challenges.
• Travel as needed throughout the West Chester/ Cincinnati, OH area

Qualifications Required:

• Self-motivated
• Experience developing, cultivating, and closing opportunities with Clients
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and client communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Three or more years of related sales experience
• Excellent working knowledge of ERP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and others as required (We use RFMS)

Compensation:

• Salary based on experience with commission opportunity
• Full benefits package (health, dental, vision)available after 90 days of full time employment.
• 401k plan available after 6 months of employment with employer match.
