A TYPICAL DAY
As an Account Manager, you're the linchpin in our clients' quest for a competitive edge in recruiting. Operating as an extension of their HR teams, you expertly navigate our fully remote role from home, collaborating with a lively team of pros.
You help to launch new clients, ensuring seamless setup in our system. Working collaboratively, you guarantee clients are thrilled with their first 90 days. You're the go-getter implementing plans, pushing jobs to boards, launching referral programs, and creating engaging social media content. Any hiccups? You dazzle with creative solutions.
Transitioning into account maintenance, you deliver top-notch customer service, aiding clients in expanding their hiring success. Monthly meetings with strategists ensure continuous improvement. Your dedication stems from caring about our clients, and witnessing their recruiting triumphs fills you with pride!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Above average computer skills and a willingness to learn our software
- Proficiency with internet research and the ability to dive deep
- Proficiency in writing
- Ability to adapt and switch gears when changes occur
- Willingness to persist in finding solutions and achieving the best results

WORK SCHEDULE
- Fully remote, 35-40 hours/week
- Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
